This Policy applies to www.nyutechden.com (the “Website”) and Website enquiries received by NyuTechDen Engineering Private Limited (“NyuTechDen”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It covers the corporate Website, not a user's activity inside GramCarbon Exchange, VivahVerse, the GCC Finance & Compliance Platform or another separately operated product. Those products may provide their own privacy notices.

India's DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. References to DPDP rights and duties in this Policy apply as the relevant provisions take effect.

• Enquiries: When you email one of our contact addresses, we receive the sender's address and any name, company details, phone number, message or attachments you choose to provide.
• WhatsApp messages: If you contact us through the WhatsApp link, we receive the information you choose to send in that conversation. WhatsApp also processes information under its own privacy terms.
• Technical information: Our hosting and delivery providers may receive standard request data, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access, to serve and protect the Website.

The current Website does not provide an account sign-up or an on-site enquiry form. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial email or WhatsApp message unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.
